1. Log into the TC Portal
Students: https://student.tc.columbia.edu
Employees: https://employee.tc.columbia.edu
2. In Resources & Knowledge, click Zoom.
3. Click your profile icon [1]. Then, select Settings [2].
4. In the drop-down menu, under Settings, click Meeting.
5. In the side panel, under Meeting, click In Meeting (Advanced).
6. In In Meetings (Advanced), scroll down and click the toggle button next to Breakout room - Meetings to enable breakout rooms.
7. Confirm your choice by clicking Turn on.
