1. Log into the my.tc.columbia.edu
2. Click on Student, Faculty, or Employee Resources tab. In theGeneral Technology Resources section, click TC Zoom.

3. Click Meetings in the left navigation.

6. In the pop-up window, click Copy Meeting Invitation.

7. To share with attendees, paste this meeting invitation information into an email or Google Calendar invitation.
Use keyboard shortcuts
- On Windows and Linux, you can use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + V to paste text.
- On macOS, use Cmd + V.
