1. Log into the TC Portal
Students: https://student.tc.columbia.edu
Employee: https://employee.tc.columbia.edu
2. In the applications Tab, click Zoom.
3. Go to the Profile section in the left panel of your Zoom account.
4. In the Account section, check the License type. If the License type is Licensed, then you have successfully activated your TC Zoom Workplace account.
If the User Type is set to Basic, then email [email protected] and request that your Zoom account be upgraded to Workplace.
