1. Log into the TC Portal
Students: https://student.tc.columbia.edu
Employee: https://employee.tc.columbia.edu
4. In the Account section, check the Zoom Meetings type. If the Zoom meetings says 300 participants, then you have successfully activated your TC Zoom Workplace account.
If the Zoom Meetings is set to Basic or 3 editable boards with standard features, submit a TCIT support ticket and kindly request that your Zoom account be upgraded to Zoom Meetings.
