Add an alternative host to a scheduled Zoom meeting

Only users with a tc.columbia.edu email address can be made alternative hosts of TC Zoom meetings.

1. In your Canvas course click Zoom in the side navigation menu.

2. Click on the name of the meeting you would like to add the alternative host to.

If you have recurring meeting this person will be made an alternative host for all meetings.

3. Scroll to the bottom of the meeting and click Edit this Meeting.

4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page.

5. In the box next to Alternative hosts, enter the email address of who you would like to add as an alternative host and click Save.

6. Your meeting alternative host(s) listed.
