1. Before joining a meeting, in the upper-left corner of the Zoom window, click Zoom Workplace. Then, click Settings...
2. In the pop-up window, click Meeting & webinars.
3. In Meetings & webinars, under Join experience, click the toggle button next to "Keep my camera off" so that the feature is turned ON.
4. Now every time you join a meeting, your camera (video feed) will by default be turned OFF.
