You may want to adjust the appearance of your captions in a Zoom meeting. Zoom allows for the styling of captions to adhere with accessible policies and practices for better viewing.
1. During a Zoom meeting, click More.
2. In the pop-up menu, click Show Captions.
3. Click the up-arrow next to the CC icon. Then, click Caption style.
Customized Zoom captioning settings are only applied to the display of the individual user who enables the features. Changes to customization do not affect the settings for the entire meeting or for other participants.
4. In the pop-up, adjust your caption style settings. A preview of your configurations is shown below the settings. When you are finished, you may exit the pop-up as your changes will be saved automatically.
