1. Log into the TC Portal
Students: https://student.tc.columbia.edu
Employees: https://employee.tc.columbia.edu
2. In the applications Tab, click Zoom.
3. Click Reports.
4. For Registration analytics, click Usage reports. Then, choose Meeting and webinar registrations.
5. Enter the date range when your Zoom meeting was held.
6. In the dropdown menu, select either Meetings or Webinars. Then, click Search.
7. A list of meetings will display. Select a meeting and click Generate. Then, select your choice.
8. A .CSV file with registration question data will be downloaded from your browser.
9. Your registration question data can be viewed from the .CSV file.
