1. In the Zoom navigation bar, click Share.
2. Select the screen with the video you would like to share. Check the boxes Share sound and Optimize for video clip. Then, click Share.
3. When your screen is being shared, you will see "You are screen sharing" in green above or below your navigation bar.
4. Participants will be able to see and hear the video. If you are recording, both audio and video will record.
5. To stop sharing your video on Zoom, click the red Stop Share button.
