1. Click the Share button from the Zoom navigation bar.
2. Select the screen with the video you would like to share. Check the boxes Share sound and Optimize for video clip. Then, click Share. A confirmation that the screen is being shared will appear under the Zoom navigation bar.
3. Participants will be able to see and hear the video. If you are recording, both audio and video will record.
4. To stop sharing your video on Zoom, click the red Stop Share button.
