Learn more about how to schedule a meeting for someone in Zoom.
1. Log into MyTC. Click the Student, Faculty, or Employee Resources tab. In the General Technology Resources section, click TC Zoom.
Access the myTC Portal

2. Click Settings in Zoom.

3. Click the Meeting Tab. Then, click Other.

4. In the Schedule Privilege section, click Add to assign scheduling privileges.

5. Enter the TC email the person who will be granted scheduling privileges for your Zoom. Then, click Save.

6. The user can view their Zoom scheduling privileges in this section.
