To prevent unauthorized interruptions during a Zoom meeting, disabling participants ability to unmute themselves may be beneficial.
1. Click Host Tools in the navigation bar. In the pop-up click Participants.
The host tools will appear as either a pop-up or side panel in Zoom depending on the screen size, If you do not see the Host Tool option, click on more.
2. To prevent participants from unmuting themselves, click the toggle button next to "Unmute themselves".
