1. Log into the TC Portal
Students: https://student.tc.columbia.edu
Employees: https://employee.tc.columbia.edu
2. In the applications tab, click Zoom.
3. Click on Zoom Products at upper right. Then select Meetings.
4. Hover your cursor over the title of the meeting. When the title turns blue, more buttons will appear to the right of the title. Click Start.
5. An internet browser window will open, redirecting you to open Zoom. Click Open Zoom.app.
6. If prompted, join in on the audio by clicking Join with computer audio.
6.1. (Optional) To automatically join audio for every future meeting, check the box for "Automatically join computer audio when joining".
7. Once you are joined to audio, you'll have joined the Zoom meeting.
