1. When joining a meeting, join your audio by clicking Join with computer audio.
You must be joined to the audio first in order to mute and unmute your microphone.
2. Once joined to the audio, a microphone icon will appear. To unmute your microphone, click Audio.
Depending on your settings, your video and audio may be set to OFF by default. A red slash will appear on the icon to indicate that the feature is OFF.
3. Your microphone will now be unmuted and your audio is turned ON.
There will be NO red slash on the microphone icon. This indicates that the feature is set to ON.
4. To mute your microphone, simply click Audio once more.
5. Your audio will have stopped and your microphone is now muted.
