Meeting hosts can control who receives Zoom AI-generated meeting summaries.
1. Log into your TC Zoom account through the TC Portal.
2. Click on Settings in the left menu.
3. Click the AI Companion tab at the top.
4. Scroll down to the section Meeting summary with AI Companion.
5. Scroll to the section Automatically share summary with:
6. Select who you would like to receive the meeting summary and click the Save button if it appears.
