Meeting hosts can control who receives Zoom AI-generated meeting summaries.
1. Log into the TC Portal
Students: https://student.tc.columbia.edu
Employees: https://employee.tc.columbia.edu
2. In the applications tab, click Zoom.
3. In the navigation panel, click Settings.
4. Click the Zoom AI tab at the top.
5. Scroll down to the section Meeting summary with AI Companion, click the toggle button to turn the feature ON.
6. Under "Automatically share summary with:" select who you would like to receive the meeting summary.
7. Once you are finished, click Save.
