1. Log into the TC Portal
Students: https://student.tc.columbia.edu
Employee: https://employee.tc.columbia.edu
2. In the applications Tab, click Zoom.
3. Click on Profile at upper right corner. Then select My account.
4. Under Personal Information, click Edit next to Time Zone.
To help you determine your time zone, Zoom includes GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) offsets when listing time zones.
5. Choose from your preferred time zones.
6. Click Save to save your changes.
7. When you create a meeting in Zoom, it will automatically use the time zone set in your Zoom Profile.
