Set your default time zone for Zoom meeting creation

1. Log into the TC Portal

Students:https://student.tc.columbia.edu

Employee:https://employee.tc.columbia.edu

2. In the applications Tab, click Zoom.

3. Click on Profile in the Personal section on the left

My Meetings - Zoom

4. Choose the appropriate Time Zone.

To help you determine your time zone, Zoom includes GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) offsets when listing time zones.

5. When you create a meeting in Zoom, it will automatically use the time zone set in your Zoom Profile.
