With your TC Pro Zoom account, you have the ability to turn this feature on for any Zoom meetings you host and record. According to Zoom, when this option is enabled, “your cloud recording can have recording highlights, summary and smart chapters, next steps, and meeting coach technology, which may include third-party models.”
2. Click on Meeting and Settings in Zoom

3. Click the AI Companion tab

5. Click the box next to any additional features you would like to activate.

6. When you begin a cloud recording for any Zoom meeting that has Smart Recording enabled, meeting participants will get a message that the meeting is being recorded and it may be shared with Smart Recording which uses AI technology. Meeting participants will have the option to either leave the meeting or agree to the recording.
