With your TC Pro Zoom account, you have the ability to turn this feature on for any Zoom meetings you host and record. According to Zoom, when this option is enabled, “your cloud recording can have recording highlights, summary and smart chapters, next steps, and meeting coach technology, which may include third-party models.”
1. Log into the TC Portal
Students: https://student.tc.columbia.edu
Employee: https://employee.tc.columbia.edu
2. In the applications Tab, click Zoom
3. Click on Meeting and Settings in Zoom
4. Click the AI Companion tab
5. Toggle on the Smart Recording with AI Companion button
6. Click the box next to any additional features you would like to activate.
