Schedule a recurring Zoom meeting in the TC Portal

By using a Zoom waiting room for your recurring Zoom meeting, you control who can enter your Zoom meeting.

1. Log into MyTC. Click the Student, Faculty, or Employee Resources tab. In the General Technology Resources section, click TC Zoom.

2. In the left side panel, click Meetings.

3. Click Schedule a Meeting.

4. Enter meeting details,such a topic, date, and time, for the first meeting in the recurring series. Then click, Recurring meeting.

5. In the expanded menu, enter the details for the recurring meeting such as how often, when, and how many times the meeting will reoccur.

6. Select your Security options. Then, click Save.
