Schedule a Zoom meeting for someone else

1. Once you have been given scheduling privileges to create a meeting for someone in Zoom, click Meetings.

2. Click Schedule a Meeting.

3. Enter meeting details such a topic, date, and time.

4. Click on the drop down menu next to Schedule For and select the name of the person you will be scheduling for from the list.

5. Select your Security options. Then, click Save.

By using a Zoom waiting room for your recurring Zoom meeting, you control who can enter your Zoom meeting.

6. The meeting has been created on behalf of the other person.
