1. Once you are in a Zoom session, click on the small up arrow next to the Audio controls.
2. Click Test Speaker & Microphone.
3. The first test will test the speakers by playing a ringtone. Confirm, the speaker you want to use is selected in the dropdown. If you hear the ringtone, click Yes. If you do not hear the ringtone, click No, Try Another Speaker.
4. The next screen will test your microphone. Confirm, the microphone you want to use is selected in the dropdown. Speak into the microphone and pause. If you hear your recording, click Yes. If you do not hear the recording, click No, Try Another Microphone.
5. If you are satisfied with the audio, click End Test.
