In order to utilize the newest Zoom security features, update your Zoom client by visiting the Zoom Download Center and downloading the Zoom Client for Meetings.
1. Start your Zoom meeting as the host.
2. To lock the meeting, click Host Tools. Then, click the toggle button next to Lock meeting.
- If you do not see Host Tool in your navigation bar, click More. Then in the pop-up menu, click Hot Tool.
Once you lock a Zoom meeting, participants will no longer be able to join the meeting, even if they were in the meeting before.
3. The word "Locked" will appear next to Meeting when the meeting has been locked successfully.
