Customized Zoom captioning settings are only applied to the display of the individual user who enables the features. Changes to customization do not affect the settings for the entire meeting or for other participants.
1. In the Zoom meeting controls, click the dropdown arrow on Show Captions.
2. Click Caption Settings.
3. A settings window will appear on your screen. Adjust the settings to your liking.
4. Once you have adjusted your settings to your liking, the new settings will save automatically. To exit the settings pop out window, click the X in the right corner.
