1. Log into the TC Portal
Students: https://student.tc.columbia.edu
Employees: https://employee.tc.columbia.edu
2. In Resources & Knowledge, click Zoom.
3. Click your profile icon [1]. Then, select Settings [2].
4. In the drop-down menu, under Settings, click Recording.
5. In Recording, scroll down to Cloud recording settings and check the box next to Record gallery view with shared screen.
6. Once you are in your Zoom meeting and are sharing your screen, click the grid icon and select Gallery.
7. Now you may record your meeting to the cloud or locally to the computer.
8. When you are sharing your screen, your Zoom recording will now feature a side-by-side view of the shared screen and the gallery view of participants.
