1. During a Zoom meeting, click More.
Zoom captions are visible only to the individual who selects the Show Captions option during the Zoom meeting.
2. In the pop-up menu, click Show Captions.
3. Set the caption language for the meeting and click Save.
3.1. To change the caption language, click the up-arrow next to the CC icon. Then, click Caption Language: English and select your preferred language.
4. The session participants will be notified that a participant has enabled Closed Captioning.
5. The captions will display at the bottom of the screen.
6. To turn off captions, click Hide Captions in the navigation bar.
