1. Log into the TC Portal
Students: https://student.tc.columbia.edu
Employees: https://employee.tc.columbia.edu
2. In Resources & Knowledge, click Canvas.
3. Click on the name of the course for which you want to access a Zoom meeting.
4. In the navigation panel, click Zoom.
5. In the Zoom Home page, click on the name of the meeting you'd like to add a password to.
6. Scroll down and click Edit this Meeting.
7. In the Security section, check the Passcode box and type your passcode.
8. Click Save to create the passcode-protected Zoom meeting.
9. Click Copy Meeting Invitation.
10. A pop-up window will appear. Here you can find the passcode has been included in the invitation link and information.
