1. Log into the TC Portal
Students: https://student.tc.columbia.edu
Employee: https://employee.tc.columbia.edu
2. In the applications Tab, click Zoom.
3. Click Recordings and Transcripts
4. Click on the Cloud recordings tab. If the Trash icon appears, recoverable files are available.
5. If there are recoverable files, click on Trash.
6. Find the recording you would like to recover. Click Recover.
7. To confirm you want to recover the file, click Recover.
8. Find the recovered file in the Cloud recordings tab.
