Adjust Zoom account settings to allow for Breakout rooms

1. In the myTC Portal, click the Student, Faculty, or Employee Resources tab. Scroll down to General Technology Resources and click on TC Zoom.

Access the myTC Portal

2. In Zoom, click Settings in the left navigation menu.

3. Click In Meeting (Advanced) and turn on the Breakout room feature.

4. Check the box next to Allow host to split meeting participants into separate, smaller rooms and click Save.
