Share a Zoom meeting invitation

1. Log into the my.tc.columbia.edu

2. Click on Student, Faculty, or Employee Resources tab, scroll down and under General Technology resources click TC Zoom

3. Click Meetings in the left navigation.

4. You will then see a list of your scheduled meeting. Click on the title of the meeting you would like to send an invitation.

5. In the meeting summary, click Copy the Invitation.

6. In the pop-up window, click Copy Meeting Invitation.

7. You can now paste this meeting invitation into an email or Google Calendar invitation to send to your attendees.
