1. Log into my.tc.columbia.edu.
2. Click on Student, Faculty, or Employee Resources and under General Technology Resources click TC Zoom
3. Click Meetings in the left navigation.
4. Click Schedule a New Meeting.
5. Enter a title in the Topic field, select the date and time your dissertation defense will be held.
6. In Meeting Options, click Enable waiting rooms and then click Save.
7. Click Copy the Invitation.
8. In the invitation, click Copy the Meeting Invitation.
9. You can now paste this meeting invitation into an email or Google Calendar invitation to send to your attendees.
