Update your Zoom Client while in a Zoom meeting (Mac)


If you install an update while in a Zoom meeting. You will need to exit the meeting and re-join for the update to work for the meeting you are in.

1. In your Zoom meeting click at the top of your screen.

2. Click Check for Updates from the drop down menu.

3. If an update is available, you will receive an pop up window explaining the update. Click Update.

4. The update will download. Click install.

5. In your Zoom Installer, click Continue and follow the instructions for the rest of the installation.

6. Once you have followed all of the installation instructions, you will receive a message that your installation was successful. Click close and your update will be installed.

7. Once the update has been installed. Leave the Zoom meeting you are in and re-join for the installation to work.
