1. Once you start a meeting, click the arrow next to Share in the Zoom control bar.
2. By default, one participant can share their screen.
3. To allow multiple participants to share their screens, click Multiple participants can share simultaneously.
4. To not allow any participant to share their screen, Click Advanced sharing options, In the pop-up window, click One participant at a time and then click Host only. Finally, click the x to exit the screen and go back to Zoom.
