1. Click the Share Screen button from the Zoom navigation bar.
2. Select the screen with the video you would like to share [1]. Check the boxes Share sound and Optimize for video clip [2], then click Share [3]..
3. Your video will then appear as the main screen. When you play the video the sound will also be recorded to your presentation.
4. To stop sharing your video, click the red Stop Share button at the top of the screen.
