1. Log into the MyTC portal.
2. Click the Faculty, Student, or Employees Resources tab and under the General Technology Resources click TC Zoom
3. Click Settings in Zoom.
5. Under Schedule Privilege click the Assign Privilege to +.
6. Enter the TC email of who you would like to give scheduling privileges to and click Assign.
7. The user will now be able to schedule meeting for you through TC Zoom.
