To use the latest Zoom security features, update your Zoom by visiting the Zoom Download Center and downloading the Zoom Client for Meetings.
1. Once you start a meeting, you can check your Share Screen settings by clicking the Security shield on the Zoom meeting controls.
2. Click Share Screen to allow or prevent your participants from sharing their screen.
2.1. When there's no check next to Screen Share means your participants cannot share their screens.
2.2. When there's a check next to Screen Share means your participants can share their screens.
