1. Log into the TC Portal
2. In Resources & Knowledge, click Zoom.
3. Click your profile icon [1]. Then, select Settings [2].
4. In the side panel, click on Recordings & Transcripts.
5. To select a recording to edit, click on the name or thumbnail of that recording.
6. Click the recording thumbnail. The cloud recording will open in a new tab.
7. Click on the scissor icon in right bottom corner.
8. An editing bar will open at the bottom of the screen. Move the bars to trim content to desired length [1]. Then, click Trim [2].
9. To confirm your changes, click Trim. Your recording will begin the trimming process and will be available once trimming is complete.
10. You may remove the entire selected content by clicking Remove [1]. Then, you may add back sections to include in your recording [2]. To finish, click Trim [3].
11. To restore your original recording file, click Restore.
12. Confirm your choice by clicking Restore.
