Zoom captioning is visible only to the individual user who enables the feature and does not affect the entire meeting or appear to all participants.
1. In the Zoom meeting controls, click Show Captions.
2. Set the caption language for the meeting, click Save.
3. The session participants will be notified that a participant has enabled Closed Captioning.
4. Captions will display at the bottom of the screen.
5. To turn off captions, click Hide Captions on the control bar.
