Adding a virtual background feature isn't compatible with all computers. Make sure you have the most up-to-date Zoom Client. For assistance and questions, please visit Zoom Support.
1. While in your Zoom meeting, click on the ^ button next to Video, select Choose virtual background.
2. Click Virtual Background on left tab; then choose from the displayed virtual backgrounds. If you would like to use your own image, select + sign to upload a your image.
