If you've recorded your Zoom meeting in the cloud, you will receive an email when it has finished processing. Then, you'll be able to access the recording.
To maintain the privacy of your Zoom cloud recordings, store your Zoom recordings in TC Digital Media, do NOT use the "shareable link" provided by Zoom because that link could be forwarded to anyone.
If this is recording of class, your next step should be to upload the recording to TC Digital Media and then publish the video to your Canvas course for secure viewing for your students.
1. Log into the TC Portal
Students: https://student.tc.columbia.edu
Employees: https://employee.tc.columbia.edu
2. In the applications tab, click Zoom.
3. In the Zoom navigation panel, click Recordings & Transcripts.
4. In Recordings, under Cloud recordings, click on the three dots next to the Zoom meeting you'd like to download.
5. In the pop-up menu, click Download (# files).
6. Then, click Download in the pop-up to confirm.
7. The recording, audio, and transcript (if applicable) will download in your browser and can be found in your downloads folder in your file management application.
