When you click on the Zoom link in Canvas, you may get an error message that says Stale Request. Follow the steps below to eliminate the error.

1. Once you are in Firefox, click on Firefox in the upper left and click on Preferences.
2. Click Privacy & Security. Scroll down and select Only when Firefox is set to block known trackers.
