Reset your Canvas password

If you do not have a Teachers College, these instructions describe how to reset your Canvas password.

1. Log into the TC Portal.

Students: https://student.tc.columbia.edu

Employee: https://employee.tc.columbia.edu

 

2. Click Forgot Password

3. In the User Name box, type your  UNI and then click Send me an email.

4. A message will appear confirming that an email has been sent to you.

5. Open the email from Okta with the subject: Account Password Reset

6. Enter your new password twice and click Reset Password.

7. Enter your email address and your new password, and click Log In.
