Edit a Module on Canvas

1. In your course navigation click Modules.

2. Select your module. Click on the three dots on the right side of the module bar. Then, click Edit in the dropdown menu.

3. A side bar will open to the right of the screen. Click +Requirement.

4. Click Settings.

In the Settings tab, edit the module settings you want to change. The following features are available:

  1. You can rename the module
  2. Lock modules
  3. Add requirements

5. Click Assign To. Select which students should complete the assignment.

 You can assign a module to everyone, individual students, or sections.

6. When you are satisfied with your option, click Save.
