You can email students based on certain criteria such as those who have made a certain grade on a graded assignment, submitted an assignment late or have a missing assignment.
1. On your canvas course, click on New Analytics on the right side.
2. Select Course Grade from the tabs at the top of the page.
3. To send emails to specific students based on your criteria, click on the envelope icon underneath the average course grade.
4. Select the criteria for emails, enter email Subject, and write message. When you are finished with the section, click Send.
