1. If you've received an "Undelivered Message" email after sending a message from your Canvas Inbox, note the email address it was sent to:
2. Log into the TC Portal
Students: https://student.tc.columbia.edu
Employee: https://employee.tc.columbia.edu
4. Click on your account icon.

5. Click Settings.

6. Click + Email Address on the right side of the page under Ways to Contact.

7. Add the email address that Canvas emailed the message to and click Register Email.

8. Once the email has been registered, a confirmation box will pop up. Click Ok, Thanks.

9. Go to your email inbox and find the confirmation email. Click on the Click here to confirm this registration to confirm your registration.
