2. To talk with Canvas support over the phone, call the number for the Canvas Support Hotline.
3. To talk with Canvas support over chat
3.1. Click Chat with Canvas Support.
3.2. Complete the form, and click Start Chatting.
3.3. You will be brought to a waiting screen.
3.4. A Canvas agent will ask how they can help. Enter your inquiry into the chat.
3.5. When you are done, click the exit button.
3.6. Click Confirm End Chat.
3.7. You will be asked to complete a customer satisfaction survey.
