The new Analytics feature allows you to track weekly online activity in your course using an interactive chart graph. Data can only be viewed and cannot be changed. Analytic data may viewed in active as well as concluded courses.
2. Click the Canvas icon in the top right corner.
3. Click Dashboard in the Global Navigation Menu.
4. Click on a course card to access that course.
1. Click the New Analytics button in the home page Sidebar.
Depending on the size of your screen or browser, the Sidebar can appear on the right or bottom of the page.
2. Click the Weekly Online Activity tab.
3. Filtered data is displayed as a chart with two rows: average page views and average participation. Data for the week that is currently in progress is indicated by a dotted line.
4. To view the analytics in a data table, click the Options icon, and click Data Table.

5. The chart can also be viewed by assignment.
