The Canvas app for Teachers allows instructors to use a mobile device to do many of the same functions you can on your computer, such as add Announcements, update Discussions, and grade Assignments.
The Canvas Teacher iOS Guide and the Canvas Teacher Android Guide have instructions to guide you through using the app.
1. On your phone's app store search for Canvas Teacher.
2. Download the Canvas app for teachers.
3. Open the app and click Find my school.
4. Type in Teachers College and select Teachers College from the list [2].
5. Enter your TC UNI [1] and password [2] and click Login [3].
6. You will be logged in. If this is your first time logging in, you will need to select if you would like to receive notifications on your phone. Select Allow to receive notifications and alerts on your phone.
7. You will now be able to see your courses on your Canvas Dashboard.
