Video and audio uploaded to TCDM are automatically captioned. There is a delay between when you upload a piece and media and when the captions are available.
1. Float over the media for which you want a text transcript file and select More.
2. Select Accessibility on the left navigational menu.
3. Once your transcript has been processed, you can retrieve the file by clicking the download icon in the Plain Text row.
4. Open the .txt from your download folder. The file will automatically open using your systems default .txt program.
