Video and audio uploaded to TCDM are automatically captioned. There is a delay between when you upload the media and when the auto captions will be available.
1. Float over the media for which you want a caption file and select More.
2. Select Accessibility on the left navigational menu.
3. Once your captions have been processed, you will be able to download captions as an SRT file under Actions.
