1.1. In your Canvas Dashboard, select your preferred course.
1.2. In the side navigation bar, click TC Digital Media.
1.3. You will be redirected to the TC Digital Media (Yuja Media) home page.
2. Click and Drag on the folder you'd like to share.
3. Once the folder is highlighted (light purple border), click the drop-down for More Actions [1]. Then, click Share Folder [2].
4. Enter the email of the user you'd like to share the folder with [1]. Choose their access permissions [2]. Then, click Share [3].
All individuals must have activated their TC Digital media accounts in order for you to share the folder with them.
5. Ensure the user appears under WHO HAS ACCESS [1]. Then, click Save [2].
6. The user will receive an email confirming the folder has been shared with them.
