1.1. Log into the TC Portal Using the link(s) below:
Students: https://student.tc.columbia.edu
Employees: https://employee.tc.columbia.edu
1.2. In Resources & Knowledge, either type in the search bar "TC Digital Media" or select TC Digital Media from your pinned resources.
1.3. In the top-right corner make sure to select TC Single-Sign-On [1] from the drop-down. Then, click Sign In [2].
1.4. If redirected to TC Single-Sign-On, sign in with your UNI and TC Password [1]. Then, click Sign in [2].
1.5. You will now be signed into the TC Digital Media (Yuja Media) home page.
2. At the top of the TC Digital Media, click Create Recording.
3. In the pop-up window, click Launch Application.
If you have not downloaded the TC Digital media recording tool, click Download from the pop-up menu
4. When prompted, click Open YuJa Software Capture.
5. The desktop client will open on your screen. You can use the various drop-down menus on the left to choose your different screen recording settings.
6. To omit your webcam feed, click the toggle buttons to the left under Video, next to your video sources.
7. To omit your screen feed, click the toggle button to the left under Screen, next to Screen Source.
8. Type your recording title in the text field.
9. To begin recording, click Start.
Once you click Start a countdown will begin. At the end of the countdown your recording will begin.
10. To pause or finish your recording, click on either icon.
11. After you are finished recording, click Save. It will take a few minutes for Yuja Software Capture to finish processing your recording.
12. Your recording will be uploaded to your My Media page in TC Digital Media.
