Download published media from TC Digital Media for offline viewing in Yuja Mobile app

If content creators enable the Viewer download option for media, users will be able to download media for offline viewing through Yuja Mobile app.

Follow instructions for Download and Log into TC Digital Media YuJa) Mobile App

1. To download a published media file, if enabled, click on the Download icon.

2. When the download begins processing, a message will appear at the bottom of the screen.

3. You may view any recent downloads in Downloads.

4. The media will be downloaded to your mobile file manager.
