1. Log into the TC Portal
Students:https://student.tc.columbia.edu
Employee:https://employee.tc.columbia.edu
2. In the applications Tab, click More Applications.
3. Select the TC Digital Media icon.
4. If you're prompted, click Login in the upper right corner.
5. Open the file that you want to record.
6. Click Create Recording at the top of the screen.
7. From the pop-out window, click Start.
If you have not downloaded the TC Digital media recording tool, click Download from the pop-out menu
8. Click Open YuJa Software Capture.
9. The desktop client will open on your screen. You can use the various tabs on the left to choose your different screen recording settings.
10. Turn off the Video Source if you don't want to record your webcam.
11. Click on the Start button to begin the recording.
12. After you are finished with recording, click Save. After a couple of minutes, you will be able to access your recording in TC Digital Media.
